These terms govern your access to and use of the Regwolf platform, website and related services. By using Regwolf you agree to them.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Regwolf. If you use Regwolf on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Regwolf provides a subscription platform that automates evidence collection, control monitoring and reporting for frameworks including NIS2, the EU AI Act, ISO 27001 and GDPR. Features may evolve over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Regwolf is intended for business use by organisations and their authorised users.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase (monthly or annual). Fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel renewal before the next term. Indicative prices on our site are not an offer until confirmed in an order.
You retain all rights to the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant Regwolf the limited rights needed to provide the service. Regwolf retains all rights to the platform, software and brand. Processing of personal data within Customer Data is governed by our DPA.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and Regwolf disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Regwolf supports your compliance but does not provide legal advice, and outputs are guidance, not a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms apply while you use the service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you may export Customer Data for 30 days, after which we delete it per the DPA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order (by default, Poland), and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local-law rights.
We may update these terms; we will notify material changes and update the date above. Questions: legal@regwolf.com.
